MDS Alumni Virtual Information Sessions

Want to know what it is like to be a student in the UBC Master of Data Science program?

Join the UBC Master of Data Science (MDS) program as we will be hosting a series of virtual information events in October. Attendees will learn more about the student experience in the MDS program in Vancouver and the Okanagan as well as the Computational Linguistics program.

At this live panel, MDS alumni will:

  • Share their student experiences and learning at MDS
  • Talk about the accelerated 10-month program and unique curriculum format
  • Discuss how they’re applying their MDS degree in their fields
  • Answer your questions live.

Register for one or all three events:

  • MDS Vancouver: Wednesday October 23, 2024 - 12:30pm-1:30pm PT
  • MDS Okanagan: Thursday October 24, 2024 - 10:00am-11:00am PT
  • MDS Computational Linguistics: Friday October 25, 2024 - 12:30pm-1:30pm PT
